Coaching Disclaimer & Suitability

The Have a Better Marriage By Friday Course is a self-paced program designed to help women improve their long-term relationships and marriages.

The Stoked Relationship Program is a year-long coaching program for women seeking personal growth and stronger relationships. This program is specifically designed for women in long-term relationships or marriages only. However, it is an inclusive environment. We welcome women in same-sex marriages as well.

If you are in an abusive relationship, these programs are NOT suitable for you. Coaching cannot repair abusive dynamics, and participation may delay the help you truly need. If you are experiencing abuse, please seek support from a licensed therapist, domestic violence resource, or crisis hotline. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or reach out to resources such as the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-SAFE (7233) or www.thehotline.org.

The Stoked Relationship Program is a one-year coaching program priced at:

$997 if paid in full or Three payments of $347 (billed monthly over three months).
If signing up over a special promotion, you will get $200 off the original price. 

The program includes coaching, training, and digital materials that you will have access to throughout the year.

The course may have special discounts if you join during the initial launch of the program or when new products are added. 

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the coaching program and the immediate access to digital materials, there are no refunds for any reason. If you choose the payment plan, you are committing to pay all three installments in full.

By enrolling, you understand and agree that lack of participation, changes in personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the program are not valid reasons for a refund.

By enrolling, you agree to complete all payments even if you choose not to continue participating.

If a payment fails, you will have a 5-day grace period to update your payment method. After that, access to the program will be revoked until payment is made.

All program content (videos, PDFs, trainings, exercises) is owned by Rachael Cunningham Coaching.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not:

Share, sell, reproduce, or redistribute any content.

Upload content to AI models, training systems, or databases.

Use program materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

If you post in the community or submit materials (comments, photos, videos), you retain ownership of your content.

If you grant permission, Rachael Cunningham Coaching may use your materials in marketing, testimonials, or promotional content.

You agree to respect the group environment and not engage in:

Harassment, hate speech, or bullying.

Selling, pitching, or recruiting other members into outside programs.

Sharing private coaching calls or community discussions outside of the program.

Spamming, soliciting, or sending unwanted messages.

If you violate these terms, your access to the program may be terminated immediately without refund.

Coaching is not legally confidential (like doctor-patient or attorney-client privilege).

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain privacy, participation in calls, forums, and social groups is at your own risk.

Coaching calls may be recorded and shared within the program for training purposes.

If you disclose threats of harm to yourself or others, Rachael Cunningham Coaching may be required by law to report it to authorities.

By enrolling in this program, you:

Acknowledge that coaching involves personal growth and mindset work, not therapy, medical advice, or crisis intervention.

Understand that results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Assume full responsibility for your actions, choices, and any impact the program may have on your life or relationships.

Agree to release Rachael Cunningham Coaching from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation.

If the program includes wellness, movement, or physical activity suggestions, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health.

You confirm that you are physically capable of participating and will seek medical approval if needed.

Rachael Cunningham Coaching is not liable for any injuries, damages, or medical conditions that may arise.

Rachael Cunningham Coaching reserves the right to:

Deny or revoke access to the program for violating these terms, disrupting the program, or engaging in misconduct.

Remove members immediately and without refund if they:

Engage in harassment, abuse, or unethical behavior.

Share program materials outside of the membership.

Fail to comply with payment terms.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Tennessee, USA.

Any disputes will be handled in Nashville, Tennessee courts.

If a legal dispute arises, you agree to attempt resolution via email first before pursuing legal action.

Rachael Cunningham Coaching reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Changes will be posted on the program website.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
